You can calculate your rank using the below formula-
100 - your total percentile score is the percentage of people ahead of you. 869010 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100.
Based on percentile score your rank will be around 53,000. So, if you have any caste reservations then you might have a chance to get a seat in NIT's in andhra pradesh under home state quota. But your chances are quite low.

To be honest, its difficult to predict the actual rank or JEE advanced qualifying marks. Neverthless, you may calculate your expected rank by this formula
A percentile is the no.of Candidates who scored better than you in the exam. Going by that, to calculate your JEE percentille, we should use the formula 100 - your total percentile score. Now 869010 Candidates appeared for Jan exam. Going by that, your rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100. Your rank can be predicted by using the formula, (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. In your case, your approximate rank would be 53965 . Let's say the number of candidates for April exam increased to 12,00,000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 12,00,000/100
At this point in time, it is difficult to predict the JEE Advanced qualifying marks but 85 percentile and above should be an ideal score. You will qualify for JEE Advanced but with this rank, it is difficult for a seat in NIT in AP. Having said that:
NIT Andhra Pradesh might be tough but you have decent chances in"
NIT Rourkela
NIT Trichy
NIT Surathkal
NIT Warangal
MNIT Allahabad
NIT Calicut
VNIT Nagpur
In AP, you have decent chance at:
IIIT, Sri City
Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing

Dear aspirant, you can calculate your rank by the formula
(100- your percentile score)*869010/100.
But I'll give you an idea about your rank on your percentile last year fetched rank nearly between 70k to 80k. With this you cannot get into NITs. But being in ews category you can get some lower branches in nits like food tech. In nit jalandhar etc.
Talking about NIT AP if you can get in further rounds of counselling then you can expect lower branches like bio-tech.
I'm also providing you with our college predictor link for getting a better picture of the colleges you can get with this percentile.
