Yes, you can. I am assuming you are a general category and my answer will be according to that.
So, class 12 'marks' don't matter in the sense that aggregate of full subjects is not required, only the best of 4.
Now, you have told that 91.4 is your PCM percentage. However, does that include English's marks? DU colleges will ask for best 4 score, out of which one has to be a language subject and the other your concerned score, otherwise your points are deducted.
Now, if 91.4 is your best 4 score, then you have a good chance of getting into all South Campus colleges. If you want to get into the top North Campus colleges like Ramjas and Hindu, it is 50-50. St. Stephens cut offs will go much higher, so no point thinking about that.
