Look According to Last year Cutoff in General Category For CSE is maximum 29K rank For Outside home quota in NIT srinagar.

soo There is very slim chance to get in to NIT CSE branch Under Outside home quota..

You will easily get NITs like NIT JSR, Agartala, Mizoram if you want ECE or CSE branch there. I will suggest you to go for CSE branch over the ECE one as this branch will have a much wider field of application in the future tasks. So you will have a better Job options.
