To get admission into NITs as a general category student you need to have a percentile more than 97% But if you have state quota in any of the NIT then you might get a seat with it but not in the top branches like CSE or ECE because usually their cutoffs are the highest.
However, you can easily get admission into good private colleges of jee mains such as,
