Hello ishika,
As you have deducted two options from your career that is lecturer and engineering so now you have to first identify you interest and then choose your domain accordingly as there are 'n' number of domains available.

But I don't know about it . I am not able to find my talent. I don't know and I am stuck in this. Please mention some course for me.
Ok then I will first suggest you to try to attend seminars about career selections where counceling is available so that you can find your talent and interest.
You scored good percentile in 12th so it seems you are good in studies so you can also go for competitive exams like UPSC, state PCS or banking which are great career opportunities.
If you like some subject like physics or maths then you can also go for graduation in it like bsc in maths or physics . Also if you are interested in humanities then you can shift towards arts side and can do BA in that particular subject.
You can also go for some computer fields like BCA and BCS . If not then also you can do animation, graphics, etc which is also a good option.
If you like chemistry then you can also go for pharmacy .
I want to just suggest you please first identify your interest fields and then I can suggest you domains according to it because the list of domains available is never ending.
I hope you are satisfied with my answer. If not then please be free to ask again.
Thank you!
