If you have done your +2 from ISC board and wish to apply for Delhi University in Science Stream, you can surely go ahead as ISC exams are also conducted by a central board CISCE and it is equivalent to the CBSE board.

You do not need to worry at all, if your marks match the declared cut off, you will be able to get into your desired college.
