See it depends upon your category whether you will get any NIT or not on such percentile in JEE-Main and since you have not mentioned your category so it's quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information. But if you score 94 percentile in JEE-Main then your CRL Rank is expected some where around 30,000 to 50,000. Now on such rank in JEE-Main if you belongs to general category, then you may get some NITs like NIT Raipur, NIT Goa, NIT Puducherry, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Hamirpur and so on. Since you have not mentioned your category , it would be tough to predict your colleges .

Assuming general category , you can get some low nit's in some core branches , and you can get your homestate nit as the cutoffs are generally lower .

You can also get some iiit's ,  like vadodra , surat , una , gwalior etc in ece , computer science .
