i got 9420 rank in TS eamcet belongs to bc-b Muslim minority category girl can i get bsc. agriculture seat??

You didn't the region which you belong to and whether you have farmers quota or not. So it will be difficult to predict the exact details.
For Bc-E category,
The cutoffs for agbsc for unreserved category is 945
For local region 4500.
As per the data it is not possible to get a seat in agricultural bsc. However you can try for horticulture which is close to your rank (7800 cutoff).
