i got 94.4 percentile in jee mains February session (general category),which rank ,NIT and branch will get ?..and can i get Warangal NIT by using my home state quota?(I'm from Telangana)

As i can see that you have appeared for the JEE main entrance examination and also you have qualified it with a impressive score ans as you are looking forward for admission in one of the top NIT ie, NIT Warangal which is very great to here. But as you have mentioned about rank i would also suggest you the same that you can get rank by using the rank predictor, the link for the same is given.
After getting your rank you can simply compare it with the different branches of NIT Warangal regarding admission, but i would say you that getting any core or highly demanded branch would not be easy in this particular percentile as competitions are too high and hence you required only above 99 percentile for that.
