Hello,
As per the previous years cutoff getting Ece with this rank is very hard .
Even in 2nd or 3rd round you have very less chances of getting EcE.
But every year cutoff changes as the level of the paper changes so there could be some chance.
You can check previous years cutoff to get better idea.
