It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the seta matrix, the number of students willing to take admission and the preferences of the students.

There are 1700 seats in IISERs combines and about 1300 of them are filled via the IISER aptitude test.

So, with your rank we can say that it is difficult to get into any of the IISERs. You have a small chance of getting the newer IISER like Berhampur or BS in IISER Bhopal in the last rounds.

Usually a lot of students leave after getting admission once they get into NITs/ OOTs or medical college of their choice so we can count on that to get admission.

Hence, it is highly advisable for you to keep other options open.
