hello aspirant,
According to https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor,94 .5 percentile would fetch you a rank around 56265-63250
As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam, difficulty level of paper etc.based on your rank you have decent chances to fetch seat in government colleges like nits, iiits. As you did not mention your category, considering you from general category, you can have low chances in top nits for cse and otherbranches.you can have chances like nit agartala-biotechnology, many other government colleges like IIITs -IIIT and top private engineering colleges you have home state quota you can try for cse in few nits. .you can get closing rank for josaa official website: https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
.for more information to get a personalised report on what all chances you have for your rank refer to: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
hope this helps,
thankyou

So on such rank and category it would be quite difficult for you to get into any NITs/IIITs or any good college with CSE branch but yes you can go for some NITs if you deserve home state quota for them :-
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
But if you don't deserve Home state quota for them then you should go with private colleges or some state government technical colleges/universities.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
