I got 94.5 percentile in Jee mains January and I'm under OBC-NCL category can I get into NIT with that percentile?

The formula to predict the approximate rank is :
(100-percentile)*874469/100.
If you caluclate it with your percentile your approximate rank will be around 48,095. With this rank and OBC category you have good chances of getting the seat in Nit.
I request you to prepare well for the April mains exam and improve your percentile so that you will be having more chances to get the seat you wish.

As per your percentage, u do have the possibility of getting NITs as you are OBC-NCL.

JEE Main 2019 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100

Hey aspirant, at your percentile your expected rank is about 48 thousand which is calculated by the method released by the method released by the NTA that is {100-(your percentile)}*8744.69.
If you fall in the OBC category then there are chances that you may get admission in any NIT. If we refer to the previous year cutoffs for various NITs that the lowest cutoff for OBC category was about 1.3 lakhs. So some of the NITs are open for you at this rank.
Also, you must try to improve your percentile a bit more in the coming April jee mains paper so that you may get into the best NIT.
