For securing 94.6 percentile you can get a rank between 60k - 48k. According to previous year cutoffs the closing rank for a outside in DTU at ME is 34840 and MAE branch is 47205. For NSUT round 4 cutoff of previous year at ME branch was 19418. Hence it is tough to get a ME seat in those colleges.
