According to the given percentile your rank in CRL would be near around 40,000. On the basis of this rank CSE branch is off limit to you in all NITs and IIITs.
If you want seat in CSE branch than you have to secure your rank under 10,000 in CRL.
I would suggest you to prepare yourself for second attempt of JEE-Main 2020 that is supposed to be held in May 2020.
