I got 95 in physics 95 in chemistry 97 in mathematics 100 in physical education and 81 in English can I get admission in du for simple BSc

Yes with that percentage, you can definitely get admission in B.Sc courses as well as B.Sc Hons. Courses, but for hons. Courses may be you have to wait for a few more cut offs.
You have excellent chances of getting south campus as well as some extremely good college of North Campus.
Some colleges like Hansraj take admission on the basis of PCM percentage. So, you are advised to enquire about that from the college before taking admission to avoid any inconvenience.

Mam my eng marks are not so good will they create hinderence in the calculation of best four nd tell me more abt best four criteria.

Hey! Marks of best four subjects are calculated for arts and commerce courses. For B.Sc., PCM/PCB marks are considered for admission.
