I got 95% marks in jammu and kashmir state board of education in arts stream...i want to do honours in history..can i get best college ??

Hey,
congratulations on getting such good score. You may not get the best college of Delhi university. But you will easily get a good college of north campus with this score. The top 3 colleges mostly require 96-97 percentage. But even with 95% you will easily get a good college in north campus.
