Do u mean 95 percentile? If not, u are screwed or u are just messing around with us.

For general category, 450+ is required, but for SC a bit less is required. But your marks is too low. You did not even cross 100. So you will not get chance even in private colleges.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but with 95 marks you cannot get a seat in any Medical College or Dental College be it government or private

This is because,

You have failed to qualify Neet examination as Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is

Category    cutoff percentile       cut off marks

General/ews       50                     720  -  147

UR-PWD            45                       146  -  129

Obc/Sc/st         40                      146  -  113

So , being from st category, you need at least 113 marks  to qualify Neet , thus with 95 marks you have failed in neet and so cannot get admission
