I got 95 percentile in jee main 2020. I am of general category and from Delhi. Can I get admission in DTU.

you have fairly chance to get in if you have done you 12th from delhi. but that too at very last moment at closing time ..you won't be able to choose branch or get most celebrated branch of DTU

your rank will be approx 55-60 thousand and last year cutoff for general category last at 40000 but it is seen that it even even keep going high and low in most other prev year .even after belonging to general if you belong to ews category than there will be more  chance to get in.

According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 43,450 and on the basis  of this rank if you belongs to general category and from Delhi as you have mentioned in the question, you can get admission to DTU because last year the cut-off was around 48,000 for Delhi residents.

Note that the prediction was made as per previous years cut-off because cut-off for this year has not been released yet and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
