I got 95.0 in CBSE boards and I am from OBC Category. Can I get BSc Computer Science in good colleges at DU?

Yes you have a good chance to make it to any of the good colleges after clearing their respective cutoffs. If you were from an unreserved category it would have been difficult to state the same . You can probably make it to Ramjas, Hindu , hansraj and other top colleges of the university of Delhi both of the North campus as well as of the south campus.
