I got 9500 rank in provisional rank list of mbbs. I am from bc category. Will I get gov or self financing or management quota seats in tamil

Hello dear,
It might be a bit difficult to get with this rank. Every college has there own cutoffs, so kindly go to each college website and check the eligibilty and cutoffs respectively.
