So the answer to your question is most probably yes.
If we look at the previous year cutoff of B.Sc Hons Physics for OBC category,  it was 95%. So the chances of you clearing the first cut off list are there.
Secondly,  if you are not able to qualify in the first cutoff list, then please don't loose hope . Wait for the second cutoff list.
