It is good that you have scored above 95 percentile. If you come under general category then you can expect lower grade NITs. And if you fall under any reservation category then you can grab a seat in good NITs. And in JOSAA counselling another factor which comes into play, is home state quota and other state quota.
If you are home state student then your chance of getting selected is high.
