96% are indeed a good score.

Khalsa College comes under University of Delhi.

Du take admission on merit bases and they provide 7-8 cut offs for that.

First cut - off goes as high as 99% for general(some relaxation is given to some reserved catagories) depending on the course.

It is difficult to get a seat in the first cut off if you are a general student but you may get a seat by second or third cut off.
