I got 96% marks in cbse class 12 declared can i get direct entrance in btec bit pilani or same institution

No you need to give their entrance exam which is also one of the criteria of getting admisson in BITS PILANI besides giving 12th standard boards. So give the exam.

No you can't get in to BiTs pilani directly..
for Bits pilani you must have to appear For Bitsat Exam & You need a good score to get in to B Tech Bits pilani..
So Prepare For BITSAT exam & get a good score So you will get a place in Merit of Bits pilani campus.
