I got 96.01 percentile in CAT and a 9.8 gpa in 10th and 92% in 12th. What IITs can i apply to if any ?

Congratulations on the CAT score.
You can apply for IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee with this score.
Along with this, you will also get IIM indore call and all new IIMs call. The conversion depends highly on GDPI round in call colleges. So I suggest that you prepare well for this.
