You can apply for b category seats in telangana state based on your jee percentile.
Various famous colleges like cbit,vnr,vasavi give admissions through jee main percentile under b category seats .
Apply for all those Colleges and cut-offs tend to change every year based on various factors .
So you can try for all the possibilities irrespective of cutoffs
