i got 96.5 percentile with 38085 rank in jee mains 2020 & I'am belong from up...should i get mmm or hbtu??? & please suggest some good college.

Now if you are confused that which college to take among mmm or hbtu, then certainly go with hbtu.

Hbtu Kanpur is one of the most reputed government university.
As your rank is 38035 in JEE Mains then you can easily get branches in in HBTU Kanpur.

As per the last year (2019) cutoff trend for general category students, the round 4th closing ranks for different branches are :-

So take hbtu Kanpur without giving a second thought. It is very better than mmm.
