Hi ! You have got decent percentile in JEE main. Your percentile will fetch upto the rank of 34000-36000. Thus you can easily get ECE in third tier and second tier college. These colleges include nit Manipur, nit Jharkhand, nit Meghalaya and nit Sikkim. This is normal and written on the basis of your good luck and vacancy.
