There are various IIITs where you can get admission in IT or CSE depending on seat availability.
96.94 percentile is equivalent to 25.5k rank and being an obc candidate, there are chances that you can get admission in one of these IITs
1. IIITDM Kurnool
2. IIIT Dhawad
3. IIIT Kalyani
4. IIIT Kottayam

as you have not mentioned your rank or category , it is difficult to actually say which IIIT's are in your grasp. However, following the last year trends, it is accurate to say that CSE or IT in top IIIT's like Hyderabad or Gwalior might not be an option for you. Depending on other criteria, you might as well get into the other IIIT's in your desired branch. Feel free to update your quiries for further assistance.

You have better chances in IIITs like Vadodara,Guwahati,Nagpur,Una,Dharwad,Ranchi,Bhopal etc. if belonging to general category.
If belonging to reserved category you have chance in IIITs like Lucknow, Kota,Surat, Sri City, Pune,Sonepat.
