I got 97.11 percentile and 7406 rank in jee mains paper 2 .Can i get a good collage having good placement .if yes then name the collages?

According to your jee main rank in paper 2 , you can get some of the nits.

Assuming you are a general category student you can get nit hamirpur,raipur but I won't suggest that because as you said good placement these colleges does not give that. So you can go for a good private college which offers better placements.
