Being from Karnataka, under Home State Quota, you have fair chances of securing Mechanical and Chemical at NIT Karnataka, not CSE or EC. You have fair chances of securing CSE at IIIT Bhubaneshwar, NIT Srinagar, IIIT Vadodara, Guwahati and many other IIITs.
