Hello Pravisankara. First of all, congratulations for securing such a wonderful percentile in JEE Main. You mentioned your percentile but didn't mention the caste where you belong to. So, I assume you belong to general category and I will try to give an answer based on that. If you belong to any other category then kindly mention that in the comment box below.
As per your percentile, your AIR should end up within the range of 27110 - 30475 in Common Rank List. Based on previous years' data and your performance, you have good chances for CSE in the following Public/Government Engineering Colleges:
- Mizoram University
- GKV - Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar
- GGU - Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur
- Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Uttarakhand
- Tezpur University - TEZU
- CURAJ - Central University of Rajasthan
- Assam University, Silchar
- Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior
- Central Institute of Technology, Assam
- Ujjain Engineering College, Ujjain
and more...
You have good chances in NITs and IIITs as well although your chances to grab a seat for CSE at top NITs or IIITs is narrow as the competition level is high for this stream. However, you may get CSE at some of the new branches of IIITs like Bhopal, Dharwad, Ranchi, Kurnool, etc. as well as many North-East NITs.
To get a detailed report on your eligibility and know your chances in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, State Level - Government & Private Engineering Colleges, use JEE Main 2021 College Predictor:
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your career.
Thank you and good luck!
Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing great there . According to the percentile score mentioned by you , your predicted CRL rank lies somewhere around 27110 - 30475 . You can easily get a seat in CSE in any of your state government colleges apart from NIT or IIIT . If you want a seat in NIT or IIIT , then you would have to compromise with the branch .
I am mentioning some of the colleges below where you can get a seat in cse
UIET Chandigarh
Thapar University
UIET kurukshetra
YMCA Faridabad
DCRUST

Good Luck !
With a Percentile of 97.35 in JEE Main, assuming youre from General Category, I believe it woild be tough to secure one of the Good NITs or GFTIs for CSE. Of course youll have good prospects during JoSAA Counselling among other lower branches among NITs, GFTIs and probably even in your Home State NIT. You may get CSE at some of the Newers IIITs like Bhopal, Dharwad, Ranchi, Kurnool, Kalyani etc as well as many North East NITs. At this Percentile you'll probably have fair chances of securing CSE at some of your State Engineering Colleges as well as Thapar Patiala, and some of the Other Top Private Colleges accepting JEE Main Scorecard for Admission and Counselling.
