You have scored very well. With 97.4 percentile and being from OBC Category you can definitely get seat in top NITs. Which nit ,you will get and which branch of engineering you will get depends upon cut off Jee main 2020 and cut off of those colleges. According to your percentile you rank lies between 21k - 26k. Now according to this rank you have good chances of getting Nits with some low branches,You may also get Nits with good branches in special rounds of councelling or using your State quota in your home state Nit.
