Hello Pawan Teja,
You better choose to join in any of the NIT's because as per your interest and percentile for a percentile of 97.5 and general category you can get a seat in CSE or ECE in IIT but you may have to prefer excluding the top ten or twelve it that is you may get a seat in CSE or ECE from the 12th of 13th place of IIT,s.
So you can better choose the top NIT'S like Suratkal or Warangal or Calicut for Trichy or any other NIT based on your interest.
When you choose and NIT do remember that NIT are no longer less than IIT's in academic standards infrastructure and even placements.
And if you are to ask my opinion studying in top NIT is better than studying in the second grade IIT whatever the branch it be.
