I got 97.758 percentile in mht cet 2019, so can iget any top colleges from pune or mumbai like coep or vjti for CS and i am an NT D category

2,76,166 * 0.02242 = 6,191 (Approximately)
I can provide you the previous year cutoff ranks of COEP and VJTI for the CS branch.
These cutoffs were for Nomadic Tribes 3 candidates i.e. NT-D candidates.
You can get a clear idea.
In 2016, after the last round-
Closing Rank (COEP)- 338
Closing Rank (VJTI)- 1055
In 2017, after the last round-
Closing Rank (COEP)- 738
Closing Rank (VJTI)- 1680
In 2018, after the last round-
