Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you can't get I.I.I.T lucknow C.S.E with 97.77 percentile in O.B.C category as your rank will be around 22813 - 25645 and cutoff rank for I.I.I.T lucknow for O.B.C category is around 5000-6000 as seen per the previous year cutoff trends.
