Here is the cutoff for JEE mains for 2019 for male and for obc home state and other state respectively.

Civil Engineering - 55311, 9725

Computer science engineering - 17644, 3935

Electrical engineering - 43038, 7424

ENTC - 31806, 5958

Mechanical engineering - 38621, 7710

Electrical and instrumentation - 55140, 8595

So based on these cutoff you have chances to get into NIT Silchar.
