I got 9780rank in ts eamcet and bcb category....can I get free seat in bsc agriculture in top most colleges

Based on your rank and category you have few chances to get agriculture in government Colleges but you can get into top private colleges .
But every year cuoffs tend to change based on various factors so try for government Colleges by putting a backup option and hope for the best
