I got 97.8341334 percentile. which nit (branch) do I get??

Congratulations for your results and you are on very much safer side to qualify JEE mains:

The expected rank for this percentile is 18821. It is difficult to predict actual rank this rank might change depending on the april exam.

so as you have not mentioned which category you belong to lets treat your category as general by default.

With the rank of around 19000, you can only get branches like Metallurgical and Materials Engneering and Biotechnology Engineering into top 5 NITS.

you may try for better branches in lower NITS:
