i got 97.9 percentile in jee mains 2020 ....which collge can i get with computer science branch

Your rank might be around 21000 .
And if you aspire for Computer Science Branch, then you can hope for NIT Goa , NIT Delhi and NIT Uttarakhand and some IIITs . But if you want to get CSE in good NITs , the you at least need 99 percentile .So you should work harder for April attempt.
Moreover April attempt might see more number of registrations. So you can't rely on this rank.
