Your chances of getting either PICT CS/IT or SPIT CS is very with your percentile of 97.97 and rank of 2890 in MHT-CET as the last year cutoff of PCIT CS and IT were  600 and 1300 respectively and SPIT CS  was around 400 in 3 round but you can expect Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in PCIT.

It's great that you got Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at SPIT, but as you know PICT is a very prestigious institution, so getting IT/CSE at their campus is quite difficult and so as in SPIT.
