i got 97percentile in jee mains jan2020. i belong to ews category from uttar pradesh. can i get nit. what all nit and branches i can get?

Considering rank formula your rank will be around 22K-24K. So, as per previous year cutoffs you can get these colleges:
NIT Sikkim - National Institute of Technology :- ECE or Somputer Science
NIT Manipur - National Institute of Technology: ECE
IIIT Bhubaneswar - International Institute of Information Technology
NIT Arunachal Pradesh - National Institute of Technology : CSE(Round 4 or 5)
NIT Uttarakhand - National Institute of Technology :- Civil (Round 1)
