First of all ,relax. I know maybe you wouldn't be feeling good but trust me getting in a good engineering college is not the only thing that is a way to being great. I've seen people doing shit in most important exams and then come back hard again and rise.

I'm happy you're not thinking of a drop its not worth it. And let me tell you I heard from a college counseller every year 15% of seats go vacant so everyone is sure to get some college.

Now coming to your question, since you didn't mention I assume you're general category. Second 98 marks, I assume your merit no. Around 22000. Third you didn't tell me your home University, it matters as there is quota in some college. I assume it to be pune. Since I'm from here. Tell me if any assumption is wrong.

Lets look at the best options you have.

Sinhagad. There are various colleges of this group. Best one is vadgaon(bk) I guess. Now, getting Cs, mech, it is really difficult but entc is possible. In other sinhagads cs,mech may be little difficult but easier.

PVG, CoET pune.

Again cs, mech,it difficult. Entc may be possible.

AISSMS

Cs, mech difficult. Entc quite possible.

Modern CoE

Cs difficult. Mech,it, entc quite possible.

There may be some I missed.

Note: you try for second shift also for comp in all colleges possible.
