I got 98.00 percentile 22801 rank and 2820 in EWS category. Can i get any course in iiit delhi or in any famous iiits?Please consider EWS.

The EWS system got implemented from this year , so it is difficult to say anything right now.
But considering previous year cut offs , it seems a bit unlikely that you will get a seat in IIIT Delhi.
But you might be eligible for IIIT Jabalpur or IIIT Guwahati.
