i got 98000 rank and i am obc can i get seat in nit or iiit and i am from karnataka

Guessing you have mentioned obc rank.

Your  home state is karnataka so you will be eligible for home state quota in NIT Surathkal but it is among top nits and to get into it even under home state your chances are extremely low .

This is quite difficult to predict but when we go through previous year trend then
