I got 982 marks in Ipe and 84 marks in jee ( oc).is there any chance to get seat in sastra university

Yes, you have chances to get a seat in Sastra university but there are less chances in CSE branch you can get other branches.
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. you need to apply separately for them.
