I got 98.38 percentile and my AIR is 4357 . Can I get admission in jmi for b.arch?( for non Muslim category)

Last cutoff of year 2017 was 218 in spot round counselling.
Everywhere people are saying u are in safe zone if u have got 200+ marks.
I think 220+ marks means u r in safe zone.
