I got 98.40 percentile. can I Hope Core branches in TOP 3 nits?

You have got 98.4 percentile in JEE MAIN 2019. Your rank should be around 14you can also find your rank:
Rank=(100-your percentile)×874469÷100.this is estimated rank your rank may be very after April month exam and final rank will be released by NTA after April month exam.

For your score if you're an open category you have little chances according to me for getting core branches in top 3 nits .I suggest you to improve your score in April so that you can definitely get a seat in core branches of top 3 nits .
