You have a very good score in MHT-CET, and you can definitely get a few courses in COEP, but of course the cut-offs depend on which Branch you want. Now CSE in COEP, closes at 99 percentile, so it's very difficult, but other branches have a relatively lower cutoffs so you can definitely try for both.
